Dr. Jordin Wiggins ND
Hi! I’m Dr. Jordin, owner and creator of Health Over All Inc.
I believe that a woman has the right to wake up energized and excited to take on their day. And I believe you can have a balanced mood, live pain free, and smile at your reflection in the mirror because you feel whole, happy and healthy.
Skeptical? I was too, once.
As a child, I was extremely anxious. And I didn’t grow out of it. During my pre-medical degree, daily panic attacks plagued my life as the demands of school, work, volunteering, and day-to-day survival piled up. I lost interest in the things I had enjoyed most in life; I stopped seeing friends and going to the gym. I rarely experienced feelings of joy. I faked every smile, and when people asked me how I was, I gave a quick, insincere, “Great, how are you?” I worried that a family history of mental health issues was predicting my future.
I knew I was lost. However, I also knew, deep down, that there was a way back; I just had to find it. I knew there had to be answers out there that didn’t involve pharmaceuticals, and that gave me alternative and more holistic ways to heal myself. My struggle, research and determination led me to Naturopathic Medicine. I found the courage to make my health and the healing of others my top priority. I went back to school and became a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine.
There’s no simple solution or “one size fits all” option in Naturopathic medicine. We learn that the body is complex, and healing often requires a detailed health care approach tailored to the individual. Finding and treating the root of an issue takes a whole body – whole health approach, which can include in-depth hormone testing, the identification of thyroid and nutrient deficiencies, transformational dietary and lifestyle changes, and psychological healing.
Naturopathic medicine has transformed my life and health completely. My anxiety has been replaced with more strength, vibrancy and well-being than ever before. And I get to see these same transformational results over and over again in my patients.
Which brings me to you. I want to be your wellness warrior.
Think of me as the wellness warrior who will stop at nothing until the root of your concerns is identified and resolved; until we have curated the perfect, personalized health plan for you. I want to be there to celebrate your wins, listen when it gets hard, and motivate you through the setbacks. You can count on me to be beside you every step of the way.
Some of the health concerns I commonly treat include:
- Stress and anxiety management
- Depression, lack of interest, low libido

Dr. Lisa Maddalena ND
Let’s get you back in balance.
Hi! I’m Dr. Lisa Maddalena, and I’d love to help you shake that persistent, unnerving feeling that something is off.
The women I work with don’t always know what’s going on with their bodies, but they know they don’t feel great. They’re held hostage by mood swings, unpredictable periods, inexplicable weight gain, or random symptoms that affect their sleep, work, appetite and even their sense of wellbeing.
Nothing is as frustrating as relentless, undiagnosed discomfort. I spent decades trying to figure out my debilitating digestive issues. No combination of medications, dietary restrictions, weight management programs, poking, prodding and scopes could resolve my discomfort. It wasn’t until I attended an event and heard the keynote naturopath speak that I even realized there were new options I could explore to alleviate my pain.
My own healing journey inspired me to pursue a Masters in Nutritional Sciences to round out my medical science studies with special interest in clinical nutrition. Naturopathic Medicine was the perfect balance of medical science and natural healing that I was looking for.
Since then I’ve directed my focus, training and practice to address the sneaky symptoms of perimenopause, menopause and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). I’ve pursued extensive continuing education in hormone assessment and the use of Bioidentical Hormone replacement. Now I work closely with my patients to identify hormone imbalances and help them bring their bodies back into balance and harmony.
As part of your full wellness picture we’ll look at your hormonal health and digestive issues. We’ll personalize your treatment (always!), which may include individualized diets, vitamins and minerals, herbs, acupuncture, bioidentical hormones and/or IV therapy.
Book an appointment with me, and we’ll start by discussing where you’re feeling ‘off’ and ways we can bring balance back to your body.
Some of the health concerns I commonly treat include:
- Menopause and Perimenopause
- PCOS (acne, hair loss, weight gain and/or irregular periods)
- Low energy
- Absent, irregular and heavy periods
- Birth control side effects
Nathan Lambert, DOMP
Hi! I’m Nathan Lambert, Manual Osteopathic Practitioner and Mercier Fertility Professional at Health Over All Inc.
Whatever your path, it is important not to lose hope, and know that you are not alone.
Ever since I was young, I have had a strong desire to help people. Whether it was lifeguarding or living in Ghana working with a school for abused women, being able to provide support and care for others was a path I knew I was meant to be on. I had always lived a very active lifestyle; swimming, cycling, sports, but with that came a lot of pain and discomfort. Chiropractic care was all I had previously known about and it wasn’t until I was looking to pursue a career in chiropractics that I discovered Osteopathy.
Osteopathy takes a gentle, hands-on approach to treatment by working within the body’s natural range of motion to encourage healing, optimizing function without the use of more aggressive manipulations. This was something that really resonated with me. I made an appointment with a Manual Osteopath and I realized the remarkable response the body has to this treatment. I knew I had found the right path.
While completing my diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice at the National Academy of Osteopathy I was introduced to Mercier Therapy and was inspired by the purpose of assisting couples in their journey to parenthood. I travelled to Chicago, IL, where I studied under Dr. Jennifer Mercier, the creator of Mercier Therapy. The opportunity to offer an alternative holistic approach to fertility care and pelvic pain hit home for me as my parents had struggled with primary infertility for years. My mother and father tried everything they had available to them. Enduring regular medically assisted cycles through their OBGYN, and multiple IUI attempts at McMaster, the entire process left them waiting and feeling helpless with no answers or options other than more drugs and invasive procedures. After having given up on their dream of having a family they finally conceived naturally and I was born. My desire and passion is to help provide families with a compassionate holistic alternative that my parents only wish they could have sought.
Since directing my focus towards women’s reproductive wellness I’ve furthered my continuing education in obstetrics and cranial sacral therapy. Some health concerns I commonly treat include:
- Neck / Lower back pain
- Tension headaches / Migrains
- Shoulder pain
- Body Pain during pregnancy
- C-section recovery
- Irregular / painful periods
Whether you are struggling with fertility, pelvic pain, or chronic back and neck pain, I would love to hear your story and join you on your journey to a healthier, pain-free life.
My mission is to create a space of sanctuary and wellness for women and their families in all walks of life.
It would be my privilege to share my love of Osteopathy and Mercier Therapy with you!
